Recipes, Gazpacho.

Gazpacho is Spanish favourite cold soup.

Originated in the region of Andalucía, this cold soup is delicious, full of vitamins and the perfect addition to any summer meal.

it only takes 15 mins.


- 1kg of ripe tomatoes.

- 1/2 green capsicum.

- 1/2 cucumber.

- 1 or 2 garlic gloves, depending on how strong you like the 

   the flavour.

- 50 ml of extra virgin Olive oil.

- Salt.

- Red wine vinegar.

Mix all ingredients in the blender and leave in the fridge.

The proportion of ingredients can vary, in Spain there is a different way to make Gazpacho in every home, so just find your perfect balance.
